Grants Available
Heating
Anyone aged over 60 should be eligible for a grant of £300 towards the cost of replacing an old inefficient boiler to a new energy saving condensing boiler
The Hotshop will arrange this for you.
Fuel switching from Electric or Solid fuel heating to Gas
If you use electric or solid fuel (coal) for heating your house, you will be eligible for help towards switching to a gas heating system.
Loft and Cavity Wall Insulation
Grant funding from that will pay for half the cost of the job is available to everyone – with higher funding that will pay for the whole cost of the job available many – see below: -

All householders are eligible for standard grant funding with higher funding if you are aged over 70 or in receipt of one of the following benefits:
